Kicking It Off
The Kicking it Off workstream will enable and support people interested in initiating work to enable supplier diversity. It will provide signposting to valuable resources, insight into established practice, hints and tips to achieving organisational support as well as advice on change and processes.
SDUK recognises that there are many considerations when contemplating an initiative which leans on social value such supplier diversity and so this workstream aims to enable a support mechanism for advice, guidance and informational support from a corporate to corporate perspective.

▪The Council for Supplier Diversity aims to unlock that potential by supporting and enabling organisations to understand supplier diversity, explore the benefits and embark on the journey towards a diverse supply base.
▪Supplier diversity can be associated to a commercial lifecycle that many across industry are familiar with, which enables visibility of the potential commercial, economic and social value this brings. It’s more than just the ‘right thing to do’.
